The most common jobs are replacing and repairing zippers, patching and stitching holes and tears, reattaching loose buttons and reinforcing worn seams. We match patch and thread as closely as possible to the original fabric, so the repair stays discreet.
Zippers, holes, seams and buttons
The zipper is the most common damage we see: we replace or repair zippers in jackets, trousers, children's clothing and bags. Holes and tears are patched or sewn shut, while loose or missing buttons are reattached or replaced. Open seams are sewn together and reinforced where the garment takes the most wear.
Down jackets and technical outdoor gear
Down jackets, shell jackets and outdoor gear are built to last, but need the right craftsmanship when something finally gives. We repair them so the garment keeps its function, whether it's a tear in a down jacket or a zipper that needs replacing on a shell. If the jacket also needs its water repellency restored, we can re-proof it at the same time.
How to send your garment in
You choose the service and briefly tell us what the garment needs when you order online. We then pick the garment up at home or work, or you drop it at a service point or partner store – you choose the shipping method in your order. When the repair is done, we send the garment back to you, ready to wear.

How much does it cost to replace a zipper?+
The price depends on the garment and the length of the zipper – a short pocket zipper costs less than a long front zipper on a jacket. You see the price before you order, and for special repairs we provide an individual quote.
How long does a clothing repair take?+
It depends on the service, the garment and how extensive the damage is. You get a confirmation when we receive the garment, and you can follow the status of your order until it's sent back.
Can you repair a down jacket or shell jacket?+
Yes. We repair down jackets, shell jackets and other technical outdoor gear so they keep their function, whether it's a tear, a zipper or a worn seam. If the jacket also needs new water repellency, we can re-proof it in the same round.
